Injury Caused by Animals
If you have suffered injury caused by an animal, you may be entitled to claim compensation against the owner or keeper of the animal.

It is not always clear cut when making an injury compensation claim after suffering injury by an animal, as you may have to prove that it was the fault of the person or organisation responsible for the animal. Therefore it may assist your case to:
- Report the incident to the police
- Ensure you have identified and taken details of the owner of the animal
- Take pictures of the incident and any injury
- Take details of any witnesses
