How do I claim?

Your first step is to call the
freephone Accident Line helpline
on 0800 19 29 39. 		You will be put through to one of our trained, dedicated Accident Line call operators, who will ask you some questions about your accident to identify the important details.
If your case is suitable, you will be put in touch with your nearest specialist Accident Line personal injury solicitor.The Accident Line solicitor will then arrange to meet you for a free consultation and will assess all the available information about your accident.
The solicitor will also discuss with you the options for funding your claim.If you wish to proceed, your solicitor pursues your claim.
