How do I claim?
Not sure you have a claim

You may not have a claim if:

  • There is no one to claim against.

  • The accident was definitely your fault.

  • Your personal injury was sustained more than three years ago. (Though there are exceptions to this rule eg. certain illness claims)

  • It falls outside the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. (If the accident occurred overseas, check to see if your claim can be pursued in England or Wales)
