The Package travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 provides you with legal rights when booking a holiday with tour operators and enables you to make a claim for compensation should something go wrong.

We hope you should never have to make a claim due to an injury or illness on holiday, but if you do it is important that you understand your legal rights. If you have been abroad or on holiday and have been injured or experienced illness such as food poisoning, then we can help you make a personal injury claim.

We use expert solicitors in the field of holiday claims who can help you win compensation, often using a No Win No Fee basis.

The main claim holiday injury claim types we can help you with are;

  • accidents abroad

  • accidents in the UK

  • accidents at sea or air

  • illness on holiday

  • winter holiday accidents

  • road traffic accidents

There are limitations to the Regulation alongside personal injury time limitations that need to be considered. In addition to this, different statutory legal rights apply to the type of holiday you booked, such as a package holiday or a Linked Travel Agreement.

To find out more about whether you can claim, how to claim or just general information then take a look at the resources on our website. Alternatively contact one of our advisors on our free phone number today.

We can help you determine who was responsible for your accident abroad. Compensation can help to rectify your ruined holiday, but most importantly, can get you on the road to recovery.
